Privacy Policy

Please read this policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, protect, and otherwise handle your personal information when you use our website.

Effective September 1, 2026

Who we are

CorLeon Group is an HR consulting firm based in Visalia, CA, California, serving employers across the Central Valley. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this site only. It does not cover the separate agreement that governs a client engagement.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

  • Information you give us. When you submit a form, you provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and whatever you write in the message field. If you call us, we keep a record of the call and what it concerned.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page and the site or search that referred you. This is aggregate traffic data and we do not use it to identify individuals.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to provide services you engage us for, and to improve the site.

  • To call or email you back about the enquiry you submitted
  • To scope, quote and deliver services you ask us about
  • To keep records of our communications with you
  • To understand which pages are useful and which are not
  • To meet legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Enquiries about workplace matters are treated as confidential. If you describe a situation at your business, we do not repeat it, and we do not use it as an example without your written permission.

Text messages and SMS

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. That consent is optional, it is never a condition of buying anything from us, and you can withdraw it at any time.

When you opt in, we record the date and time, the phone number, the page the form was on and the exact wording of the consent language you agreed to. We keep that record as proof of your opt in.

  • What we send: replies about your inquiry, scheduling and appointment confirmations, and updates about work in progress. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.
  • Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (559) 334-5546.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • Service providers who operate parts of our business, such as email hosting, website hosting and form delivery. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
  • Professional advisors, such as our attorney or accountant, where we need advice.
  • Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a subpoena, court order or lawful government request.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to keep it working properly and to understand how it is used. The first time you visit, a notice at the bottom of the screen lets you accept or decline optional analytics cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always on, because the site cannot work without them.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

We use standard web analytics to see which pages are visited and how people arrive. The specific tools in use are listed here once configured.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the period required by our professional, contractual and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a firm of our size, including access controls and reputable hosting and email providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, medical information or details identifying an individual employee, through the website forms. If a matter requires that level of detail, call us and we will arrange a secure way to share it.

Your California rights

If you are a California resident, state privacy law may give you the right to request the following. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.

  • To know what personal information we have collected about you and how we used it
  • To request a copy of that information
  • To request that we correct information that is inaccurate
  • To request that we delete it, subject to our legal and professional record-keeping obligations
  • To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Making a request

Email info@corleongroup.com or call (559) 334-5546 and tell us what you would like. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details you have already given us, and we will respond within the period the law requires. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.

Other people's employees

When we deliver services to a client, we sometimes handle information about that client's employees. In that situation the client is responsible for that information and we act on their instructions. If you are an employee of one of our clients and want to know what is held about you, contact your employer.

Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted on this page.
