There is a gap in the Central Valley economy. A business grows past twenty or thirty people and HR quietly becomes someone's third job, usually the owner's or the office manager's. Too big to keep winging it, too small to justify a full HR department. The firm was established in 2026 in Visalia, CA, built on more than 20 years of combined HR experience the partners brought with them.
