What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. Roughly how many people you employ, whether you have a current handbook, and what prompted the call. If there is an active complaint, a deadline or an agency letter, mention it up front so we can prioritize correctly.

Do you take urgent matters outside business hours?

Existing clients have a direct line to their advisor for genuinely urgent matters. New enquiries that come in after hours are picked up the next business morning, ahead of everything else in the queue.
